Our Story
It wasn’t in a boardroom or on a spreadsheet that Sapphire Fountains was born. It started on a lunch break, when our founder, James Harris, was watching the fountains at an open-air mall. An engineer by trade with a love for the beauty of water, he saw a way to combine his two passions.
The early days were filled with curiosity and experimentation. After buying a few basic parts from a local home improvement store, James began exploring ideas by building a dancing fountain in his kids’ bath tub. Let’s just say his young children had the most exciting bath times on the block!
That initial spark, built on a foundation of quality work and strong client relationships, has since grown into an exciting and innovative company that’s doing business all around the county. Today, Sapphire Fountains provides comprehensive solutions across our four core value streams—Design, Build, Service, and Rent—for clients from coast to coast.
While our team and our capabilities continue to grow, our core principle remains the same: to bring the magic of water to life through expert engineering and a genuine passion for our craft. We’re proud of where we came from and excited about where we’re going.

The Sapphire
The sapphire is the most precious and valuable of the blue gemstones with it’s superior color, hardness, durability, and luster.
Few people know that sapphires can also be red, violet, green, yellow, orange, pink, purple, grey, black, brown, and many variations in between.
Just like this amazing gemstone, Sapphire Fountains products and services are built on beauty and quality. Just as there is variety in the color and luster of the sapphire gem there is quality and variety in the products and services we offer.

Our Symbol
The Triskelion is a complex Celtic symbol reflective of many areas of culture and time. It’s believed to represent progress or forward motion to reach understanding. The three legs have been used to indicate Spirit-Mind-Body, Past-Present-Future, Mother-Father-Child, or in our case;
